1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChillRefer ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ChillRefer is an AI-powered professional networking and referral automation platform. The Platform assists users in discovering job opportunities, identifying potential professional contacts at target companies, generating personalized outreach messages, and managing networking follow-up sequences through integration with third-party services including LinkedIn (via authorized API providers).

The Platform does not guarantee employment, interviews, referrals, or any specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual profiles, target companies, market conditions, and user engagement.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use ChillRefer. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for purposes inconsistent with the Platform's intended use.

4. LinkedIn & Third-Party Platform Usage

ChillRefer integrates with LinkedIn and other professional platforms through authorized third-party API services. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

You authorize ChillRefer to access your LinkedIn account data (profile information, connections, messaging) through our authorized API integration for the purpose of providing Platform services.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of ChillRefer complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement.
ChillRefer implements rate-limiting and safety mechanisms to protect your LinkedIn account, but we cannot guarantee immunity from LinkedIn's enforcement actions.
Any connection requests, messages, or interactions sent through the Platform are sent on your behalf and with your authorization.

5. Subscription & Payment

ChillRefer offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChillRefer to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Platform for competitive purposes.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Circumvent or manipulate the Platform's safety mechanisms or rate-limiting features.
Create multiple accounts to exploit service limits or promotions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design elements, AI models, algorithms, and branding on ChillRefer are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent.

Content you create or input through the Platform (messages, templates, profile data) remains your property, but you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of delivering our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillRefer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, job opportunities, or business relationships, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChillRefer in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
