We don't bail when results take a little longer. If ChillRefer doesn't help you land 5 real referral conversations within your first 30 days, your subscription stays active — on us — until it does.

Why we built our guarantee this way

Job seekers don't pay $99/month because they want their money back — they pay because they want referrals. So that's exactly what we promise. Instead of a refund window that runs out before your first interview, we keep ChillRefer working for you until the actual outcome arrives. We win when you land referrals. We win bigger when you land the job.

How the Outcome Guarantee works

  • Use ChillRefer actively (connect LinkedIn, paste at least 5 jobs, turn on Autopilot or send manual outreach).
  • If after 30 days you haven't landed at least 5 genuine internal referral conversations, email support@chillrefer.com with your account email.
  • We'll extend your Pro subscription free of charge until you've landed your 5 referrals — no questions, no time limit.
  • We'll also personally review your setup over WhatsApp and adjust your outreach playbook to improve results.

Cancel anytime — full control

You can cancel your subscription with one click from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. No "are you sure?" loops, no support-ticket gatekeeping, no retention friction.

Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. Ever. Your data stays accessible in Free mode and can be exported at any time.

Monetary refunds

Because we offer the Outcome Guarantee above — which keeps you actively working toward results — ChillRefer subscriptions are non-refundable in monetary form once paid. We do not issue cash refunds for unused subscription time, but you can cancel future renewals at any moment and continue using your already-paid month in full.

Exception: if you were charged in error (duplicate transaction, technical failure, unauthorised charge), email support@chillrefer.com within 7 days and we'll resolve it immediately via our payments processor.

Your statutory rights

If you're a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off / withdrawal period, your local consumer protection laws apply and are not affected by this policy. Email support@chillrefer.com within the statutory window in your region and we'll process the withdrawal through our merchant of record.

Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and any payment-related dispute on our behalf. For payment-specific inquiries you may also contact Paddle directly.
